WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
In general, we offer both "Standard Shipping" and "Express Shipping" to our customers who order swatches and sample meterage. When it comes to bulk order in rolls, we generally offer "Air Freight", "Express", "Sea Freight" and "Rail Freight". 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Depending on which shipping method you choose from above. In general:
  • Standard Shipping: 10-20 working days
  • Express Shipping: 5-10 working days
  • Free Shipping: 10-20 working days
  • Air Freight: 5-10 working days exclude custom inspection
  • Express: 3-5 working days exclude custom inspection
  • Sea Freight: 30-40 days
  • Rail Freight: 30-40 days
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do ship internationally. If you are not able to find the shipping rate to your country, please to contact us or email us. And we should be able to give you a customise quote to ship our fabrics to you internationally.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept payment in credit card, paypal, and direct bank transfer.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Buying online is safe as we don't safe any record of your payment information directly. Hence your payment information is not accessible for us, only your personal information relating to the order is viewable from our side. 

Orders and Returns

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, you may refer to our "How to Order" page for more information. 
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need to create an account to place an order. You can place an order as our guest, but we still will need your information in order to send the order. However, if you create an account with us, your information will be stored safely so when you come back and order again, you will not need to enter all your detail again. Plus, we have a loyalty program available. By creating the account with us, all your purchases will be stored in your account, and you can earn points or spend your points for your future purchases. 
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. However if you do not cancel your order within 24 hours, your order will be proceeded to dispatch, and cancellation is not possible once the order is processed. For more information about our Cancellation Policy, please refers to our Terms and Condition
To change your order, you may contact us or email us to customersupport@vivifytextiles.com to detail your change. 
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When you place an order with us, once your order has been dispatched we will send you an email along with the tracking information to your order. Therefore, please pay attention to your inbox, or your filtered inbox for our tracking email to you.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?

No. However we do participate different trade shows. Sign up in our newsletter to get an update on when and where! 

Where and how do I order sample swatches?

Simply click on the fabric you like, look for "Sample Swatch" and add to cart. Repeat this step until you have all swatches you like before proceed to "check out". At the point of check out, you have an option to choose "Standard Shipping" or "Express Shipping". Once you have selected the suitable shipping method, proceed to payment and you will have your order on the way to you. 


I’ve been trying to call you.

Sometimes international calls do not got through. You may email us customersupport@vivifytextiles.com to set a Skype call. 

Can I customise my colours in swatches or sample meters? How about my production roll?

Please understand that we do not stock fabric in our efforts to reduce waste. The quantity and colour of sample meterage are based availability, so does the sample swatches . You are free to order them as they are for prototyping. However you can customise the colour of your production roll in most cases.

What is the MOQ?

Every product page has fabric information at the bottom part of the page. It should include the MOQ.

Can I order 20 meters?

Please understand that we do not stock fabric in our efforts to reduce waste. The quantity and colour of sample meterage are subject to availability. You are free to order them as they are for prototyping. Please contact us for more information.

How much is the fabric?

All our fabric prices are published. Please see Price per Quantity, to show the following: 
Price per meter for MOQ orders,
Price per sample meter or for orders below MOQ
And Price of sample swatch (AUD $0.01)

Do you make special fabrics?We have the capacity to customize fabric.

Please send us all the specifications and preferences for the fabric together with your estimated quantity and budget so we can formulate a quote specially for your needs.

Do you offer digital printing?

Yes, we offer digital printing. When you do want to digital print with us, please make sure the digital print file you send to us is high resolution with 300dpi per cm. Please contact us for more information.

Do you manufacture garments for us?

No, however we do have are contacts of garment manufacturers who are familiar with our fabric. Contact us with the manufacturing capacity you need and we’ll be happy to connect you with the manufacturers.
